Questions, answered

Do I need call center experience?

No. If your English is fluent you can start as a Trainee at US$5/hour and move up as you gain experience. Experienced agents start at higher levels.

How is my level and hourly rate decided?

After a short video interview we evaluate your English, communication and experience, and confirm your level from the pay table. Your rate can increase as your performance grows.

Why do you need my ID and proof of address?

Our clients require identity verification for every agent who talks to their customers. Your documents are stored privately, used only for this purpose and deleted on request.

Do I have to pay anything to apply?

Never. Dialuxo does not charge candidates for applications, training or equipment. If anyone asks you for money in our name, do not pay and let us know.

What equipment do I need?

A laptop or desktop computer, a headset with a noise-cancelling microphone, a stable internet connection and a quiet place to work.

Can I work part-time?

Yes. The minimum is 20 hours per week. Many agents work full-time (40 hours or more).
